Telling Them - Telling Me

While going through the diagnosis process for MS, I decided to tell a couple coworkers. I didn't make this decision hastily; I spent some time and put some thought into it, and realized there were only a few coworkers I would tell. They happened to be a few of my closest friends. I shared with them that I was not feeling well and was going through tests and I wanted them to know because I didn't want to keep anything from them. They swore to me their secrecy, which they kept, as I knew they would.
