According to my neurologist, I need therapy, weight training, aerobic activity, and yoga — all in order to strengthen my body and relieve my stress....
I have to admit that I don’t have a specific exercise regimen....

And what is gait training? The term refers to helping a patient relearn to walk safely and efficiently, and is usually done with a physical therapist (or rehabilitation specialist) who evaluates the abnormalities in the person’s gait (walking)....
