Recently I turned 38. It’s funny though, cause really age is just a number to me....
A new decade is upon us. So, I spent some time looking back over the past 10 years....
I want to start by telling all of my friends out there, you’re doing a great job and keep up the good work!
I say this because I have been checking my social media pages lately and seeing many of my friends finding a bunch of ways to do things to help their own personal causes.
They are out there doing things to help fund cancer research, or help find cures for diseases such as Crohns disease, ALS, and rheumatoid arthritis....
One of the most important relationships one can build is the one with your specialist or primary care physician....
Of all the symptoms of MS, I feel that fatigue weighs on me both physically and emotionally more than any other symptom.
When I feel fatigue starting to set in or when I’m having the hardest time concentrating on more than one thing at a time, I know I need to take a break....
Make dinner — check.
Wash dishes — check.
Wash and fold clothes — check.
Pack lunch for work — check.
Walk the dog — check.
Purchase airline ticket for Mom — check.
