As I sit here sweating at my computer, I bring you my thoughts on heat and humidity and MS....

I don’t have a harrowing story about my husband's reaction to my diagnosis....
I think I’ve heard it all: positive, negative, ignorant, suspicious, clinical, indifferent, and overly dramatic reactions when I’ve shared my multiple sclerosis diagnosis with others.
The general population seems to know little about what exactly MS is....
MS (in my opinion) isn’t about living a dramatic, up-and-down life....
What I’ve found with having multiple sclerosis is that I DO try to maintain a healthy diet....
I have to be candid here and say that I DON’T feel particularly positive right now; I’m dealing with a stomach virus and I’m exhausted....
I have to admit that I don’t have a specific exercise regimen....
The benefits I’ve gained from writing about my multiple sclerosis have been numerous....
