MS and Exercising

I have to admit that I don’t have a specific exercise regimen. I do like to stay physically active, and being a full-time homemaker certainly gives a great workout. I count laundry, grocery shopping, cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, and errand running as part of my physical activity.

During the more temperate weather, my husband and I enjoy bicycling and walking around our neighborhood. We also go fishing because we live near a river, several lagoons, a bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. Fishing and golfing (another activity) help me to maintain my flexibility in my arms and hands.
